Skola Annual Fund
Keep Skola Growing! Every day at Skola, children learn, explore, and grow in an environment that celebrates curiosity and community.
A gift to our Annual Fund provides flexible resources that keep our outdoor classrooms thriving—covering essentials like teacher salaries, student supplies, campus maintenance, and new program development.
Your unrestricted gift lets us meet the school’s most pressing needs and seize new opportunities for our students as they arise.
The Skola Scholarship Fund
The Skola Scholarship Fund supports need-based financial aid for students who attend The Skola. Unlike Montana’s SSO tax-credit program—which is limited by law to students age 5 and older—the Skola Scholarship Fund can support all Skola students, including our youngest Fox preschoolers.
Gifts to this fund also give the school greater flexibility when awarding aid. While SSO funds must follow strict state eligibility guidelines, Skola-specific donations allow us to help families who may not qualify under SSO rules but still need support to access a Skola education.

Equity: Every child deserves a chance to learn and grow in nature—no matter their age or background.

Montana Student Scholarship Organization Program
As a Montana Student Scholarship Organization (SSO), The Skola accepts donations in exchange for Tax Credits for Qualified Education Contributions.
This year, we raised over $150,000 for student scholarships by allowing donors to reallocate their Montana income tax obligations to support students. It’s a win-win for everyone!

The Skola is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization and your donation is tax-deductible within the guidelines of U.S. law. You will receive a tax receipt via email immediately upon the submission of your donation.
