Summer Camp at The Skola
Summer at The Skola is a time for exploration, creativity, and connection. Our summer camps offer children the opportunity to learn through hands-on experiences, time outdoors, and meaningful engagement with their peers and environment.
Rooted in The Skola’s place-based and nature-connected approach, camp days are designed to balance structure and freedom. Children are encouraged to follow their curiosity, collaborate with others, and build confidence through play, problem-solving, and discovery.
What to Expect
Outdoor learning and exploration
Creative projects and open-ended play
Time in the forest and surrounding community
Opportunities for collaboration, movement, and reflection
Our summer programming is led by experienced educators who prioritize safety, relationship-building, and a supportive learning environment where each child is known and valued.

For 2026, we will review all applications on March 9th and April 13th. We strongly encourage families to apply as soon as they can. Scholarship applications will be reviewed in the order they are received. Any applicants not funded after the March date will be automatically entered for review in April.
We partner with donors and local organizations to offer scholarships and discounts for families who need them. Unfortunately we have a limited number of summer camp slots available and do “sell out” every year.
We do not require any proof of income or benefits. ANYONE can request a discount/scholarship. Scholarship applications will be reviewed in the order in which we receive them--so we encourage families to apply as early as they can.
Everyone will be notified of the scholarship status within a week of the review date (March 9th and April 13th) with more information about how to register or how the waitlist works.
